Stuck at the audio files

Im now at that password protected audio file thingy. I read what to type in the game from another thread and looked at all of them, but the guy still isnt saying anything and im completely lost :(

Bros i know that on teh logs of 2016 after the lat adn long part there is the email and the password, but for me its not working, I tried putting : Email j_young@arc.com and password d23ey349

I've been trying to find the password for a file which was from this link: tiny.cc/wijfby . I was trying to find it for hours now. Does anyone have any suggestions of what the password might be?
