Remote Detonators and NavBlock

what exactly are the detonators used for. I can't seem to get them to work for anything. Also the navblock component is responding. I have CSG block over the navmesh labeled "door" and I placed a NavBlock component on this CSG block. A button toggles the CSG block. I tried mimicking the "Gun" room but the bot acts as if something is still blocking its way when the button is pressed.

Because NavBlock doesn't block actors. NavMesh has states. NavBlock blocks these states. You need to create a state, then mark some nav polys with this state, then set NavBlock to control this state. It will enable/disable all the polys marked with that state.

that hotdog shaped device with the red button at the end of it. When you use it, Haydee pulls it out to press the button and puts it away. Is it for landmines?

With NavBlock, I realized it doesn't work with CSG blocks it appears but if I use a static mesh gate it works. I'll have to find a way around it.

Oh, I see. You did not beat Haydee :)
It's a remote control (clicker) for a remote device (wifi). Device is placed on a button and can be triggered remotely by the clicker.

Considering NavBlock, no it doesn't work with CSG Brushes because brushes don't have a name. You need to have an actor for that. But you can use a separate CSG.

Im at the part where I recently picked it up but I got killed by the slashers in the cages lol but i see what you mean
