Argo was still used because it was only 9 GB, could be ran on an older PC, a good intro to Arma and it was somewhat simple to host or make mission in the 3den Editor with scripting abilities.
The few people I've seen trying OHD did not even put an hour in it.
It says a lot for a free game IMO.
A lot of games on Steam were bundled with OHD so it would surprise me that most Argo players haven't heard of it from a source or another.
When and if it gets ready, I think the game will just grow naturaly and most potential players will hear of it and or try it again.
But I don't think it is now.
I totally agree it is average, but it is live and playable... where as Argo..... not so much
ok... with argo GONE, what do YOU suggest the next best, free, mil sim game is?
Thanks. I just tried that. Well made. Didn't feel as BIG with large open levels like argo or doorstop. but I didnt try a lot of it. is it larger or always small close quarters battles?
