How do I download this?

I haven't downloaded this but I go to the steam page there is a play button. I assume because it's free. I click it but nothing happens.
If I click th discussion link on the store page, nothing happens (had to go to steam discusssions and search for this game, then I could join the discussion section.

I tried from the website and it launches the download window, but when I click install, it says I already have it or somethign like that. The game is not in my library.

So if I already have it, how do i play it?

I was interested in this to but it is simply trash. the vids on the store are fake buff ups.

I did that but the game still didn't show up in library, but the store page said it was in my library. I clicked play now and the download window opened and it allowed me to start to download this time. Thanks!
