Unit selection?

Hi, please can someone tell me how to select multiple units? At the moment I can only click on one at a time. On other similar games you can click and drag, it doesn’t select units when I do that! I can add units to a group though. Also is there a list of shortcut keys anywhere?

With the right mouse button, click and drag to draw a rectangle, and release to select.
Or doubleclick / ctrl click on a unit to select all of that kind on screen.

Hi, sorry to be a pain but your advice isn't working, the only mouse key that drawers a rectangle is the left one. Also 'doubleclick / ctrl click on a unit to select all of that kind on screen' isn't working. Please can you suggest anything else???

Hi Zamy, not sure what you mean, please elaborate? I normally pick up how to do stuff pretty quick and am a regular on total war games.

If you enable the steam overlay, you can make it show the fps (frames per second) counter.
The problems you're describing usually appears when someone has less than 10-15 fps
