Does This Game Have Free Camera Movement (rotate, tilt, etc.)?

I am curious to know if this game has a flexible (free) camera function or is it strictly an isometric viewpoint? I have seen a few screenshots that seem to indicate a free camera but perhaps they were not actually in-game shots.

You can't rotate or tilt the camera, you can only zoom in and move the camera round. The screenshots you saw are in-game screenshots but the camera like that is not accessible unless you have dev mode, which is not open to the plebs right now.

Would be nice cuz i got used to camera rotation and tilt in Rise of Nations
