Possible Bug with Investigator Achievement

I think there may be a slight glitch with the counters for the "Investigator" achievement.

On my first playthrough I restarted the game from the checkpoint after droping down from the attic, and despite examining all the evidence the achievement didnt unlock.

I then started a new game and played it clean through, on the second pass it unlocked when I examined the ladder.

I’ve played through three times and it’s never unlocked for me.

It seems that the dev hasn’t fixed it since release.

P.S. it seems that I missed some facts, the one that triggered the achievement was the book beneath the fuse box.
