Lost and confused as to what to do next

I'm on act 3 (I think) at the pirate level and i've just gotten the mermaids tear. went back to the fortune teller and gave it to her but she said it wasn't complete or sm and now idk what to do next :p

Late reply, but in case you haven't figured it out: after talking with the fortune teller, you can board the pirate ship to get back on the sea. Once you're sailing, take a look at your map (by pressing down I think). If you haven't visited all the marked islands, try doing so. If you did, revisit them again in case you missed something.

i ended up finding out what to do but thanks for the reply anyways :3
