Question about secret after beating game

So I just beat the game (accidentally skipped the last town lol). But when I first started playing, I tried heading left outside of my house with the bird and found a secret area with a cat that told me to come back at the end of the game.
I'm now at the point where Miriam has dropped me off by my house and I went back there. A constellation (?) appeared in the sky that looks like Dream Speech. It shows a raindrop-sun-wind-vortex-triangle-vortex-raindrop-heart. Singing doesn't seem to do anything to activate it in any way, and the colors shift so following the pattern wouldn't help. Does anyone know what this means? Or is there something I'm missing to activate it?

everyone has a different code, the symbols all represent a different color on your singing wheel.
just seek out the discussion here that explains what they all are, and my personal advice is to just use your keyboard to play the password out by using th number keys.
you gotta be kinda fast about it, and if you mess up, just walk off the screen and go back.

the code is uniqe to every playthrough, so there' no cheating =p

on the up side, you're not gonna lose actual tangible content if you dont get the password right.
I'm gonna say it;s worth it, but all you will end up with is more understanding of the game, and a warm, fuzzy feeling that you contributed to one of the greatest experiences on steam to date.
