How this big announcment is meant to be celebrated by us I really don't know, it's nothing to do with the PC version and to be honest, feels more like a kick in the teeth than something to be happy about.
TSW could be near enough the most perfect train sim ever but all we've got is a tech demo of what should be possible, but I guess now we can safely say routes of over 40 miles are probably never going to come.
The biggest question is now whether route creation tools will be made available as without third party routes/mods etc the game is doomed to fail. If we'd been using purely DTG content all this time the game would certainly have never made it this far.
= something like...
We're very happy to announce the dawn of a new Train Sim World! From the 24th of July customers will have to pay only once to get all this rather unfinished tracks n trains as a pack and the day 1 supporters of our game will get a special gift from us: the calm feeling of having the full game already purchased so they can lean back?!
If that's what this amazing announcement is all about then cheers mates, stick it.....
