Destination indicator on map not showing up

Whenever im playing Csx heavy haul i notice that when i on the map the Destination indicator does not show up could someone help me with this and the game is also very glitchy for me is there a way to fix that im not sure it meets the requirements for the game and i dont know how to check if my PC Meets the requirements.
