Blimey I never even saw that as I never wen't to the GWE's DLC page. Thanks.
I can't download it via that link so here is the real web-link.
http://cdn.edgecast.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/577350/manuals/GWE_EN__Driver's_Manual.pdf?t=1505408710
Sorry I deleted that as I went to check the GWE's own page.
AWS, TWPS, DSD, DRA etc. no explanation.
Tutorials? Useless too. Good job DTG.
Seriously if you want information it is out there in buckets. There are a number of youtube vids but I won't patronise you and tell you how to see them ;-)
I am certainly not saying TSW is emulating functions correctly as a lot of stuff still doesn't work but things like AWS, TWPS, DSD, DRA can all be read about in places like Wikipedia and many dedicated rail websites.
just copy the url page and put it in browser then can downlaod it.
Sorry about German, but the german Wiki details more than the english Wiki:

Hopeful we get a complete manual in future, the existing manual seems to be a "quick shot" due to time shortage.
Edit: Fixed the quotation.
