Riding In Passenger Mode
Can someone, for the love of GOD, just explain 1 thing to me. This is an important thing to me.

I JUST want to be able to pick a train, choose a route, and "RIDE" the train as a passenger. Not as a "Drive" (for now). I enjoy the graphics when the train is in auto mode like that so It is important to me.

Can SOMEONE please give me a few steps to get to where I am trying to go. I have spent an hour in the game already and have accidentally found the section once and do not remember how to get back. Hahah

Please :)

It is as simple as that. Got to the explore menu, select exploe on foot, go to a station look at the departure table and pick a train. Hopefully you will like driving yourself as well.

Maybe a tip: you can use the second man's seat in the driver cab also.

Also if you start up a senario, then get into a different train that original train will go. So you could do that and then quickly hop into the original train if you wanna make sure its a train that is traversing the whole map

Not in TSW2020, to get this feature you need to buy TSW2. For a fair number of rotues, there are timetables, so you can find out when trains will depart easily.

This one is maybe most suitable in this case: https://smtimetables.herokuapp.com/
