Hi there wikke1984
I've passed your comments on the hud to the team, at the moment there's no in-cab zoom on the consoles like you get on the PC, however you can use the Internal Camera menu to focus the view onto screens in the cab.
ok thx. can you also explain why the ps4 (deluxe version ) got 1 add on and on pc i got more add ons when i buyed the game on steam ...
i think on ps4 i only got the csx gp 40 loco
I find it hard to believe that anyone can say that TSW runs fine on their PS4. if thats the case why does it run so bad on mine. Like I said earlier I think some people just seem to be able to put up with the constant stuttering and like another poster said the blurry edges.
I want so bad for this to be good on my PS4 trust me. Maybe I need a ps4 pro?
Totally accepted.
It seems clear that as you have moderated this forum, you have not had the opportunity to get a feel for one of the most prolific posters on this forum and their attitude on certain topics.
Therefore taking my post out of context would result in drawing the incorrect conclusion.
And this is one of my points about darkage's accusations that two of us were accusing you and other DTG representatives of creating shill accounts to post undercover on the forum. Taken out of context it could be very harmful.
Steam developer makes false account to post search results:

Has my report been reviewed and what decision was reach?
What leads you to believe that a console, will outperform a PC? Especially with something like TSW? You expect a console to be at least on par with a gaming platform that is along the lines of an 8th gen i7, with a 12gb gtx 1080 ti and 32gb of ram??????
TSW is a locked sim. R8V2 is a locked sim. R8v2 graphically is a huge improvement over v1. TSW is pretty much Tree Shadow World. But back to locked sims. If one has to choose between 2 locked sims, it comes down to what one wants. On one, you get short, incomplete routes, where you just drive a train. If it is a passenger train, you get a slight feeling of accomplishment as you stop at stations. Otherwise, it's just put the reverser in the proper position and just sit back and look at the shadows and the sun beams poking through the trees.
The other locked sim, offers routes that do indeed connect flawlessly to each other. For instance, if you own all the southwest USA routes, they all install as one gigantic route with no need to close down one route to proceed onto the next one if your scenario goes all the way through. You can run from West Seligman, all the way down to downtown Los Angeles, and all the way over to bakersfield, with more expansion coming. You have freight car forwarding. Every car on your manifest train has a customer it needs to be delivered to. And once delivered, those freight cars will need to be picked up, sorted once again in the hump yard, and run off map in the proper direction. The sense of purpose dominates any sense of purpose that TSW claims to have. It has decent shadows. The loco lights are far better in comparision to TSW. The sounds are a thousand times better than in TSW. And the physics? There is no comparison. TSW not even close, at least in regards to it's CSX content.
No in regards to your comment about editors. Nobody at Run8 EVER promised the release of editors. DTG HAS promised editors. No any of us that have been involved with TS20xx for any length of time, we know how important it is for DTG to fulfill it's promises to it's customer base. So that is why many of us are now taking the promise of an TSW editor with a grain of salt.
I won't fault anyone, that chooses to keep their train sim locked down, and void of 3rd party content. No reason to fault anyone for wanting to maximize their profits and keep 100 percent of the control of what is available for their sim. Only DTG knows the actual truth of their plans. Time will tell. But I honestly do not believe it is DTG intention to release editors. But I should clue you in, that there actually IS a third party DEV that has done some route development, and have created some great route content for the eastern USA.
So it is end user choice. Go with the superior graphics, but just basically have an empty, shallow, and horribly buggy train game, with bugs still unaddressed from the CSX beta, or go with a sim that really, in all reality is a more fulfilling and satisfying train driving experience.
I paid my money for CSX HH. I have a right to voice my opinion here as a paying customer. I won't be surprised if this is rapidly deleted by DTG Luke, as he loves to delete my posts.
They probably used PC footage for the stream.

Info?
HyRail Simulations. The did the A-Line for R8V2. It connects seamlessly to the CSX Waycross release. The 2 lines together cover over 200 miles.
Boy if they did that, talk about some seriously misleading product promotion.
DTG_Luke seems touchy about the comments on the PS4 version performance.
