If you mean my post (you quoted Speedy instead):
I used the word Mutual Exclusion as a solution for this problem, however the
conditions for it are not satisfied:
If you consider the part of the track, which has only one track for both directions (like in WSR), as critical section, then you have two entry points on both sides controlled by the signals. The switches and the status of the critical section (clear/occupied) controll the signal. There can only be one train in the critical section. So a signal is green if and only there is no train in the critical section and the switch is in the right direction. The issue is that the signals respect train positioning, but the switches don´t. However the signal status depends on the switch in front of it. This can create a Deadlock, if two trains are trying to enter the critical section at the same time. The script i already mentioned before is the solution of the producer DTG, but only works when arriving in time. Otherwise the switch (which will not respect my position on track) will change direction for the train waiting on the other end, BEFORE I passed the switch. So I can´t drive with train (A) because of the switch, which is set for train B and causes a red signal for me, but train (B) can´t drive because of the red signal which waits for my arrivial (the signal for train (B) is red because it respects my position and wants me to continue, following to the script).
Do you even own the West Somerset route mudhug
You are the troll sir. Stop trolling, thank you.
Start the Class 47 12:30 Minehead service. Arrive about 5-10 minutes too late at Blue Anchor.
Now tell me what you see, you can experience the bug yourself.
No, the post was addressed to Speedy and meant for Speedy.
You were making hell of a lot more sense then Speedy.
Yes that’s right I am a troll because it don’t agree with your comment
FYI I ran the service you mentioned arrived 10 late as you requested and managed to arrive and finish
Restarted this time I have it 20 minutes again no issues
How old are you?
Seriously, because I am stunned at the logic behind your thinking and statements.
Do you own West Somerset ?
You have to be really young. It is the only explanation that makes sense.
Maybe we should take that into consideration when you post and treat them as such.
So that is two times you failed to answer the question so you are throw by attacks at people who actually own the route when you don’t.
Funny that
On which of my Steam accounts?
And if you maybe say 'please' I may answer. :)
Thank you.
If you would read my or others posts, you would know that the issue occurs on more than one map/mode. So nobody needs to own a specific DLC to experience this bug or to post a statement.
