Crash issues with TSW: CSX Heavy Haul
I recently bought TSW from a store and downloaded it with a disc. It seemed fine until it started doing weird crashes. I believe it is the UE4 TS2Prototype problem, the first time it happened, I though it was because I left it in the pause menu too long. I've seen other discussions saying to delete or rename the file located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TSW\WindowsNoEditor\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\VICODynamicsPlugin\Source\VICODynamicsPlugin\VICODynamics\Lib\Win64\Release . I can't find that file, I suspect it is because my Steam library is not on the local disk (256GB M.2, my games would take up all that space) but on a hard drive I set aside for games and junk. I also updated my AMD CPU drivers and Nvidia GPU drivers. I'm hoping someone can help. My specs are below:

AMD Ryzen 1600
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
G.Skill Flare X 16 GB DDR4-3200
EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB SC GAMING

UPDATE: DTG has replied saying to delete the TS2Prorotype file with the risk of losing progress. Go to "(My) Documents" and then "My Games". Delete the TS2Prototype file located there.

Please post your system specifications by the following method; In the upper left of this page go to help>system Information. Copy and past this information to this thread. The first thing that needs to be done is asses your system to see if it is able to rut TSW.

Submit a ticket to DTG using their ticket system. I also experience UE4 crashes, but not regularly. You also may try to delete the saved games andbut be careful, I had to do this and lost ALL game progress, soa make a backup first.

@rwaday I've already done it...

@Rudolf Jan do you have the file shortcut? I seem to have issues finding the right file shortcuts form others.

Try lowering your graphics settings.

I'm not 100%, but the OS might be causing some issues but its supported by TSW so I dunno.

Also try using DTG's ticket system, see if they have anything. Of course, if you haven't already done that. It can be found here.[dovetailgames.kayako.com]

It was amusing to watch Matt Peddlesden rage quit while live streaming a TSW service last night after a UE4 crash. On Tuesday’s stream he got a bad case of the beeps from the AWS bug.
Matt is head of development for TSW.

^ I wonder if that was the "roadblock" I saw referred to in the thread that asks about when the next patch is coming out.... :-p

That wording caught my attention also. Sounds more like a design issue rather than a simple coding defect.
