Report a translation problem
FPS is mostly in the 30-50 range on the desktop and 20-30 on the laptop. Both of these get periodic stutters where fps can drop to 5-10 and of course Cumberland Yard tends to slug the frame rate. Short answer is yes whilst longer answer boils down to "it depends". ;)
Remember you can always try it out and return it if doesn't work out as long as you don't play it for more than 2 hours.

I get from 37-ish FPS all the way down to 16 when other trains pass. Not as bad as I was expecting.
