Login to Dovetail account
It annoys me the there are no option to let the application remember the Dovetail account login information, so you have to type it again at every start up of CSX Heavy Haul?

I don't think you need to log in to play your created profile, just press escape or something to skip. Your profile should still be there.

i tried to login using my password from the beta, no good. did the 'forgot password' thing too, no reply from dtg whatsoever. dtg has locked me out, and i as a naive twit thought that dtg would make this right. this is the worst beta (of which i paid to be a part of, like the good sucker that i am) going to play to play' game i ever subscribed too. i'm about ready to go for the refund instead. the dtg devs missed this TSW by a mile, this WAS NOT READY TO BE RELEASED, on top of that, dtg support SEEMS TO BE NONEXISTANT! this has to be the WORST release of a Steam game ever!!!

Before you explode into paroxysm which may actually physically harm you if you continue, can I suggest you go to https://train-simulator.com/ and register an account and then perhaps use that info in TSW when asked in game.

Apparently there are going to be special features available and also exclusive content for those who do.

I can't confirm this will work because I can't be arsed to add my account details in-game because well, yeah right LOL... but please do feedback if I am correct eh?

How come you get auto login and no one else does and yes I do have a Dovetail Live account. Tired of having to login everytime I start TSW so I just skip it now.

This has to be the most hysterical over reaction to a Steam game ever!!!

It is complete roll of dices for me - sometimes there is no log in screen ( no idea if i am auto logged or game just decided i dont need to log in this time) sometimes there is screen, but ofc, no password or even email is saved, so you need to type over and over again.

I finally had enough of it and decided to create keyboard macro.....

For me autologin is working since 2nd update. In rare cases I've to login again.

I have never logged in for more than a couple of weeks now. Cannot remember what I did, but I think I pressed the Esc key and another window popped up, where you can tick a box or something to auto login.

Basically nothing there currently though.

I think the auth is cookie/temp file based, as I don't always have to login, but at least after a restart or a ccleaner run I do. Just give me a box that saves this data to my AppData or something (where it won't be wiped).

P.S: Also a password manager user, atleast DTG was merciful and allows for copy+paste into the dialog.
