Resuming scenario after saving the game
How are we supposed to continue with the scenario after a save yesterday and load today`? In the second scenarioy "unkompliziert" I finished the first loco and then i went aboard the second one. It told me i have to uncouple the locos from the train. but then i saved. Today i wanted to resume at this point. I am aboard the loco but no hint what to do. I remembered to decouple and did so. but still no more hint. So i am stuck in the middle of the scenario.

I'm kinda in a similar situation, but my saved game resumes with me, on foot, out in the middle of no where, no HUD. When pressing Esc to get back to menu, game locks up. Possibly a corrupted save after I suffered a Blue Screen, but this might shed light for someone else in a similar situation.

Yup, I have had a problem with saved games too. In my case the save just crashed the game

about 10 other ppl have also had problems with saveing.
there games after reloading them have been bugged out so they cant progress and others with saves that make the game crash after the loading screen
when i saved dureing the scenario fully fuelled i got back to the game with auto switches that wouldnt move to the right line and every stop light was stuck on red along the hole line

In case of this scenario I had no problems resuming the next day after I saved it earlier...
However I had different kind of issues in a different scenario, that made it actually impossible to complete the scenario.

After saving and resuming "Powering America (pt2)" I was not directed onto the left track before Sand Grade Tunnel, drove over the maintenance crew at the tunnel, and was stopped at red signals presumably at the location where I was supposed to come onto the right track again.

In the original run I was directed onto the left track.

I have similar observations. Scenario works fine when I play from start to finish (without saving/resuming). If in the same scenario i use save and resume, sometimes i can not finish it. Either the signal does not change, or the automatic switch does not change.

I've had similar concerns and issues. For me I have what I call the "midget bug". Almost anythime I start a scenario in the AC44 if I get out of the engineer's chair I am about the eye level of a small person or child. Whenever I resume a saved scenario I ALWAYS get this bug but it persists when I sit in the engineer's chair making the scenario unplayable.

You're probably in a crouch stance (for whatever reason). Press C to stand up again and see if that helps.

How do you load a saved play, or resume from day before when you clicked save?

Choose "Continue Last Played" from the main menu. I dont know the exact wording, but it is the top option. Just expect weird stuff to happen once you load though:

Sometimes it will crash the game to the desktop
Sometimes it will screw up the AI pathing or signals
Sometimes it will mess up the objective marker

The only surefire way of completing a scenario is to play it through in 1 sitting. At least the devs have acknowledged the issue, I expect it will be fixed shortly.

I have already completed all the scenarios anyway, but great for ppl who haven't or can only play in short bursts

I have to add: the scenario "unkompliziert" fails as soon as I uncouple the locomotive as requested. Loading a savegame afterwards or "continue at last checkpoint" puts me correctly where I left, but the locomotive stucks about 1-2 ft in the first wagon and (only!) the locomotives don't have collision.
Looks like I have to go the +20km session again :(

The problem is still not resolved. Checked on Northern Trans-Pennie. After reloading the scenario (after 1-2 days) in which the locomotive was running at full power, the indicators in the locomotive indicate that it is turned off, although the sound reacts as if the engine was running. The train travels by inertia. It helps stopping, carrying out the entire startup procedure. Of course, then you lose points, you make a delay, and finally you can not pass the scenario. This makes saving the scenario and re-loading it completely non-functional.
