Not for the regular ones. The "Immortal" and "Against all odds" achievements require exactly that, though.
About the "Mach 10" achievement:
This one is supposed to be a bit of a riddle. Admittedly quite an obscure one, if you never stumble upon a particular part of the game. So if you'd like, here are some hints:
There are two clues within the title of the achievement. One on what you have to do, and one on how you can do it.
No other achievement requires the same skills as this one, and you do not have to be a great 12 orbits player to get it.
... In fact, you don't even have to get past the main menu.
Since the Steam Deck is now a thing, I will go one hint further, because it would be especially hard to figure it out on there:
To get this achievement, you have to use a mouse or a touchscreen.
