Will TEW2020 ever make it to Steam?
TEW2016 unfortunately didn't made it on Steam.

Let's hope that Adam Ryland and Greydog Software will release TEW2020 on Steam in the future.

They should do. Missing out on income and it is 2021. People like the security and convenience of Steam for storing their games.

I lost access to my former IP email and have no way of getting my elicense and have no access to TEW 2020, such a garbage and outdated way to access content I paid for but can no longer play because of draconian digital rights ant-consumer practices.

It is... never heard anything like it and its now 2023. Garbage license model.

So apparently Grey Dog Studios worked with an external publishing company for a while. This is why we have a couple of their games on Steam. From what I gather on the forums, they no longer work together and they have no plans to come to Steam.

It really sucks because I hate the way their DLC works. I bought TEW2020, but my PC died while the key was activated so now I'm SOL.

Unless they change their archaic mind set they will lose many customers. Really sad to see. If they're worried about Steam fees, just price it in! Although the point of the fees is, you get eyes on the product and get more sales ...

GDS can reactivate your game license for a different PC if you request it from them - I did it myself first hand. It would, absolutely, be easier on Steam though.
