few questions (diagrams and plays)
1) what are different colored squares in defensive diagrams (gree, yellow, red, grey)?
2) what represents symbols in def.diagrams (X,O and square. X and O are probably for man to man (X?) and zone (O?) coverage but whats mean square)? And why it has different colours (green X, yellow X...)?
3) when you are in defence and use "view route" button it shows many different colured squares in pitch. What are they mean?
4) off plays: when you select offensive plays you can choose from run, pass and option. From my basic knowledge of football option should mean that QB decides if he give ball to RB or not. But if I select some option play (not all) there isnt option to get ball to RB - it is just designed QB run. Is it normal or I miss something?
5) def plays. selection are attack, cover and read. Attack and cover are relatively clear but what mean read?
6) when use spin attack move? What is it good for?

4) You can pitch the ball to your RB with your left trigger in option plays (in all plays really, but option plays are designed for them)
6) I never use it, in my experience it is best to jump when they are about to tackle you

Be careful with that, as being hit while jumping can result in a fumble. I don't think you can fumble in any other way (besides dying or being hit with a Dirty Trick of course).

The way I usually use the special moves is:
- Juke left/right if the defender is directly in front of you
- Stiff arm if the defender is coming from the side
- Spin if the defender is coming from behind

Any video to the special move? The timing is confusing xD.

How do you prevent interception?, i jump when the ball gets near my receiver but the other team always seem to intercept it.

1. I may be wrong, but I think the color indicates the player that will be covering that zone (red safety, yellow corner, green linebacker/linemen)

To expand on 4.

There's 2 types of options in football (idk if this game uses both types)

1. Running option. The running option is when the qb hikes the ball, keeps it, and you run with the qb and lateral the ball to the running back. This play is very common in college football but is VERY rarely seen in the NFL because at that level lateralling the ball is just asking to give it to the other team (so when teams actually do it and it works it's amazing). This is the type of option you're asking about

2. Wide Receiver option: I don't know if this type of play is in the game. A wide receiver option is when one play has a single wide receiver running three routes (say a post, an in route, and a curl) while the other wide receivers each run a single route. What this option means is that the primary receiver will run the best route for his coverage automatically. So he's gonna run 5 yard and then deside to either run post, run an in route, or run a curl). I don't know if this type of play is in the game.

NFL teams use pitches to RBs and wideouts running reverses all the time, not to mention screens. The reason it's rare to see option-focused offenses in the NFL is risk of injury / wear & tear on the QB. They represent an investment of tens of millions by their team and are supposed to have a much longer prime than RBs who get drilled every-other play.
