Victoria 3: Grand Edition?

What does it include, besides the base game? The store page doesn't tell me why it costs $23 more than the current price of the base game.

It includes all of the DLC.

includes all the dlcs except pivot of empire.

I think some players have felt Spheres of Influence is the main DLC that adds real changes / systems to the game right now and that the others are kinda just fluffy, mind you. Kinda weird that they're market the 'grand edition' without inclusion of the most recent dlc Pivot too and make you still buy that separately, lol

Yeah, I wanted the base game plus Spheres of Influence, and that was almost the same price as the "Grand Edition" pack, which includes everything minus Pivot. I just wanted to make sure Spheres was in the grand edition as well.
