Training rate

This always struck me as being completely backwards. Irregulars, or now in the beta, less training should result in regular people being pressed into military service faster. More training should take more time to get soldiers fully trained. As it is now, Paradox thinks the more you invest (more officers) the greater the training is, as if all else is equal (the training itself) and the thing you're paying for is more officers to train soldiers. This is evident by the fact that training method provides nothing other than training rate and power projection.

A stronger officer core should provide a real military benefit at the cost of longer training. Simple as.
