game crashed when i start new game or even when i launch it

hello, i jsut wanted to know if there is a solution for when the game crashes when i press the button to start new game it even freezes my whole pc, one week ago i could play without problem i dont know why iits happening now

OS: Windows 11

ok i think i figured it out, disabling MSI afterburner and the Riva monitoring tool seemed to do the trick. Game worked without issues afterwards. I hope it doesn't crash again. It is just so good.

Same here I am crashing non stop. Cant even play any game.

If you are still having crashing issues, first you can try updating drivers then if that fails you could try:
1. Your shader cache might have gotten corrupted - deleting the folder "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria 3/shadercache" and running the game again will rebuild the cache.
2. Your Antivirus software could be blocking the app or "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria 3" folder is restricted in some other way (Our Technical Support[forum.paradoxplaza.com] might assist with troubleshooting that).
