Thanks. I'll keep playing Vic2 for a few month then. I felt tempted by the the new graphics and navigation in Vic3.
I would not play the game without sphere of influence DLC, but I would buy the game on sale no question asks. I wish people lurking on the forum would stop over exaggerating.
I'd say vic3 is already an improvement over vic2, sorry but vic2 was never a good game.
The Lag I am talking about is about the time it takes to pass a week of the game even with speed 5 (1-5) activated
