Victoria 1.8.6 FPS drop

RTX 2070. After the update i now went from 60+ fps when zoomed in to about 20. I tried updating and downgrading the drivers, didnt work. Are there any fixes?

same problem here bro, with 2060, after Pivot of Empire DLC, my zoom is complete broke.

This game requires a good CPU, not GPU. So both of you having a 2060/2070 means nothing, if your CPUs are the bottleneck.

Well i have an i7 8700. And i see other people with new CPUs with the same problem. The only thing we have in common is the OS and the GAME.

And if the problem is CPU, why the game runned well before the last DLC, with the same hardware?

i have 3060 ti and also get fps drops, i think its due to autosave

The lags started quite early in my game around 1850. I minimized the "Interest Groups" in the Outliner and that fixed the FPS drop for me.
