Swamping Russia is trivial. Force projecting to win into a non-bordering GP is a pain.
Picking up the ticking scores would be an option too. But requires law changes, SOL increases and literacy rate. Removing some of the ticking negatives is functionally required too.
Beating the ♥♥♥♥ out of a GP with the help of another GP is the quick and easy route.
