Alternatively, when you build Farms, they are owned by the State. If you want them to be owned by other People, you need to privatize them, so the can be bought with money from the Ínvestment Pool.
And no the point of collective is that the Buildings are owned by the Workforce and not the state anymore.
But it doesnt apply and i dont know why ;/
If Command Economy prevents the Ownership for the workers like you say it, why is it even a needed factor for collectivized, wtf Paradox -.-
