radio production broken?

for some reason my pops demand a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ more radios than telephones, i'm currently in a deficit for radios while telephones are at a 25% surplus - is there a mod that fixes this bs? (radio only production method)

Don't know about the mod, but I can confirm, that this problem has been there for more than a year.

Are you importing telephones from or exporting radios to another market, perhaps? Are the input prices of your electronics factories balanced? Are those factories located in provinces with proper market access, and do they have enough employees with a proper qualification levels available?

no I'm not. the demand is driven only from my pops with everything as smooth as it should be. at 27,5 SoL the demand is too great, telephones are basically unwanted.

Telephones unwanted? Perhaps there's an overabundance of "transportation"? And as to the radio demand, are there enough other luxury goods?

there is an abundance of all luxury items, for some reason all my pops are spending 15-20% of their income on radios alone

I wasn't suggesting you build more Govt Buildings. I'm just wondering if you've got the Switchboards production method selected for those buildings, as that will soak up more telephones. (And then you'd be able to reduce the number of Govt Buildings, save money and re-deploy workers.)
