Recommended mods for playing as Japan?

Title. Japan in the Meiji Era is especially fascinating to me, and I have zero interest in playing as any other nation, including ones I'm descended from (Canadian frontiersmanship and British superpower don't interest me, and Scotland and Ukraine aren't independent states in the Victorian era).

So with that in mind, what mods would you recommend for playing as Japan? I was initially motivated to look for Japan rework mods because I disagreed with Japan losing its claim on Sakhalin, but I'd be interested in any Japan-specific overhaul.

I'm currently in the late game of my first Japan run and I recommend mods that lower infamy from war goals and/or increase infamy decay.

I had a hard time being able to afford strong enough military to invade China and when I finally did, it was already pretty late in the run and now the biggest thing slowing me down is the infamy gain from conquests

I suppose I should have clarified that I meant flavour mods rather than general gameplay chnages. But thank you for actually answering the question rather than taking a cheapshot at my ethnicity.

So, I had to look up what "hapa" meant, and apparently it's Hawaiian for someone of mixed Asian or Pacific descent. I'm Ukro-Canadian (Scottish on my father's side, Ukrainian on my mother's side), which is why current... "issues"... are important to me.

As for the name, it's just a character from Dark Souls; a half-dragon, half-god waifu who prefers cold, dark climates.
