Ideal colonisation targets for Prussia/Germany?

Hello all.
What are the ideal colonisation targets for Prussia/Germany?
I am assuming I will need them later due to the need for oil and rubber?

I went with Kongo. Plenty of rubber, good soil for dye and cotton plantations and grants you access to Africa's inner lands for even more free real estate.

I like starting with the Nigerian Delta then eating the centralized nations around there. Benin, Oyo ect.
Baluchistan has also proven invaluable to my Germany run as its my Opium farm.

Argentina and Chile are also low hanging fruit after grabbing Patagonia.

Is Baluchistan the easiest province to grab for getting Opium? Can it keep up with Opium demand on its own? If not, are there other provinces you can easily take for growing Opium?

Alone? For all my needs? No.
Expanding into Sindh, Afghanistan and/or Sikh Empire would be the next steps.

Sindh might be a better first target as its got more population, but its also a bigger chunk of infamy and more likely to get the UK or the Raj involved.

Vietnam or taking chunks out of China could also be viable options.

Hawaii can also be good to conquer, since it has a state level buff to hardwood and agriculture. They also tend to not have an army at all, so they usually fold to diplo plays.

There are also some small islands chains like Fiji in the pacific ocean which you can colonize quickly that give you access to coffee, and whaling for small amounts of oil.

It seems to have a lot of arable and resource potential.

I colonized there as US. Worth it. Even more so when they rose up in rebellion and I took the whole land in one go instead of waiting for years to colonize.

Its fine. Population isnt high and it has severe malaria, which makes it a latter grab. Not a first choice for me, but a grab it if you can.

In my game I dropped Europe at the start and did Celebes, Pac Islands, New Zealand, and all of Africa other than the western part. East Africa is good as it opens up to a bunch of inland colonies you have to check it though so you can start the inland ones.

Oil is a problem though. I conquered most of Borneo and going for Fars next.

As Sweden, I like to go for Benin for it's lots of Coal and Iron, along with a lot of tropical Agriculture products, particularly Dye (for Cloth and Paper).

Prussia might find Benin useful also.
