I don't think I ever actually used that list tbh, I'll always try to create production chains in states manually by checking which natural resources are available then building accordingly.
If I had to use the list it wouldn't be to develop my own territory, so that would make more sense.
give us more options to filter in the building list. I should be able to filter by market, in addition to domestic and abroad.
i want to build a bunch of farms in countries that are part of my market so I can import raw resources and my very smart and hardworking people can turn those resources into cool stuff.
to do this now is a pain in the ass as I have to click each building, scroll around the various parts of the world, look for the specific states, check their pops, check their tech, look for productivity, etc....
this does not bode well for the late game!!!
