Secession movement spamming

For some reason I keep getting the same secession movements that show up, go away, and then show up again. This is not only annoying visually, but it also plays the awful sound which accompanies the movement each time it fires. Anyone else having this issue?

Had this problem as Prussia in Africa, while my friend (Netherlands) had this going on in South Africa, meanwhile concurrently, AI Portugal has also been having this problem in Africa.

yes... omg.. i raged quit because it was the same ones...... JESUS.. i have been scouring the mod page for an extermination mod just to get rid of them!

You do realize the game is updated for free and includes features which have no relation to the DLCs, right?

Yes, I faced this for Sicily during the annexation of Ethiopia. A movement for the separation of one of the local peoples is constantly emerging and disappearing, and without an army, navy and territories. But this is accompanied not only by constant sound and visual. But because of this, I can't cut down on the extra army and construction. We'll have to drop the game before the fix, because it's unplayable. If someone knows how to fix it, write pls (just in case - I play on the iron men)
