Why is population growth the opposite of what it historically was ?
why is it ? it doens't make sense at all, countries like russia that were having an population boom because of their population being poor have negative population growth in vanilla (china had small population growth at this period in time but it's for completely different reasons to what it is in vanilla), the way the pop growth works in the game is in direct contradiction to how it worked in reality.

thins like the demographic transition and populations booms caused by the reducing of mortality and also the steady decline of birthrate because people were getting richer literally doens't happen in the game, instead you have people having more children as they get richer which is complete opposite to how things actually went down

I mean, I agree with you that's not very historical but the game does in fact make richer pops have less birth rates, there's some graphs about population growth in the wiki.

The fact that countries have different population growth, not only affected by wealth but by climate, terrain, acces to food, water, land spread of diseases, child mortality, mortality in general. etc.

So for game reason it just implement an universal parameter, so it is.

yeah but they inverted the points at which things should happen, high mortality and birthrate at the start of the game and low mortality and decreasing birthrate at late game, not high mortality and low birthrate at the start of the game

SoL at 10 has the highest birthrate, above or below that decreases birthrate. Literacy also decreases birth rate so the game is working as you say it should.

Almost correct.

Did you even look at that graph instead of the summary?
And I'm not sure how accurate the wiki even is because it claims that health systems will increase pop growth at SoL where mortality is virtually 0.

When i played the game russia population was decreasing at a time period it was increasing, how come ? either it does in fact not work like that or the deaths of mortality are way too high

Maybe some of significant portion of your pops was not being able to buy food, or your provinces had devastation? Both of these increase mortality a lot.
