Has anyone won the war against Raj as Hindustan?
Seems impossible atm unless there's some sort of exploit out there that I dont know about.

With the new DLC it is actually fairly easy. The EIC fails the Sepoy Revolt journal entry to the max, all the princes revolt (and the UK does not get called in) and the EIC is left a rump state, if it doesnt just get obliterated full on.

The EIC is not a rump state. Even after the rebellion, they have like 40-50 battalions. I just get steamrolled.

same problem as hindustan you get around 30-50 battalion but they are low organisation at the start of the war and bengal get pounded in the first month of the war for the same reason so you are alone until the other prince revolt wich is a few months later (almost a year)

I managed to win this war on second try, things I did:
- Rushing line infantry technology.
- Boosting relations with adjacent states, to annex them by event.
- Conscripting everyone I could.
- Sending most of my army to Bengal, to protect them from capitulation.

Other things that might help:
- building arms industry in advance
- researching napoleonic warfare

Has anyone won the war against GB as Hindustan in 1.8.3? Now GB is in diplomatic play by default and I don't see any any way to beat its ~150 regiment
