Privatisation, Worker Owned and State Owned?

So there are a couple of Achievements that requrire 12 Years of the buildings to be Privatised, as an example.

The thing is i cant get my head around how to to that, i got Laizze Faire now and as far as i know every building is owned by some sort of Financial District, that means its Privatised?

But then how do i do the Worker owned and the State owned and more importantly, how do i keep them from beeing not privatised?
Do i need certain Economy Laws to achieve that?

If you want worker owned you first build a bunch of farms, then you pass the homesteading or collectivized agriculture law as the Land Reform law. One of those forces half the agri buildings to be worker owned and the other forces 100% to be worker owned.

Laissez faire doesn't allow government owned businesses except industries that are required to be government owned. It automatically queues up all the buildings for privatization when you switch over.

Cooperative Ownership is the opposite of Laissez Faire. It doesn't allow anything to be privatized, so it will nationalize everything (make it government owned) when you switch to it.

If you are in most economic systems other than Laissez faire you can nationalize businesses by paying for them with government funds, then they change from private ownership to government owned, but government owned isn't allowed in LF.

so when i have Laissez Faire then whatever i build from my construction than thats automaticly switched to privatisation?
and is the Worker owned achievement not for every building? or can heavy industry be worker owned at all?

Because i m not getting the hang of it with the tooltips from the game

As far as I know, Laissez-faire only works on industrial buildings and non-farm resource generators. Because you can have different agricultural laws as well, you need to set those to, I believe, Corporate Farms to convert them into privately-owned buildings as well, and you'll need a mix of Worker Cooperatives and Homesteading to make it work for worker-owned buildings.

I might have my names slightly off, but make sure both your economic model and your agricultural posture are appropriately compatible.

I think I was wrong and cooperative ownership doesn't make all the buildings government owned it makes them all worker owned.

i just had wished that it was more obvious ingame to get the hang of it

so i need to look more into it to get these achievements

okay i still have one question, just to make sure i m right about it and not "wasting" time

Manor Houses owned Buildings are Worker owned
Financial Destrict owned Buildings are Privatized Buildings
and owned by the Country obviously State owned

Am i correct with this?

Buildings owned by Manor houses and Financial Districts are both privatized buildings. The manor houses are the agricultural owners and the financial districts are the factory owners. Both can build or buy resource harvesting buildings.

Worker owned doesn't have a separate ownership class I think so it doesn't provide pop jobs in either the manor houses or the financial districts, just like government owned doesn't provide pops in either of those.

Okay, i m lost, and quite mad.
I have Laissez Faire and Commercilzed Agriculture, every stup*d building is owned by either Manor houses or Financial District, and i myself dont build any buildings exept the goverment ones

And this "Easy" Achievement isnt triggering

The only thing that is possible is (if it isnt broken) that i cede all Subsistance Farms, but i dont see that if it is that, that it is listed as a "Easy Achievement"
