Anyway to transfer a subject of subject to me?
Now the lv2 subject is rebelling against lv 1 subject, and I can not join the war. Cause both of them are my subjects, wtf?

Maybe try "trade states"? I have been able to transfer one of my subjects to another subject in this way. I am not sure if it works the other way around.

If you reduce his autonomy to where he can’t have subjects (puppet) then his subjects become your subjects.

Trade states can only trade one province? I guess this only works for the puppet with one province?
