How Fix CPU?

I'm not a tech guy so need an answer on how to fix this.

I have an i9 14900KF, worst cpu purchase I've ever made. Whenever I play any Paradox game I need to set my core affinities in task manager to my P-Cores or the games will randomly crash. This happens in Stellaris, HOI IV, and Vic 3.

I limit P-Cores and instantly my performance takes a hit and the game now gets 30-40 FPS. Ontop of this, I also have to enable power saver mode on my PC so my CPU cores aren't spiking to 90° C.

Is there any way to fix this without getting a new CPU? It is insane that Star Citizen now runs better for me than Victoria 3.

I'd ask on the Paradox Forums but apparently to them the p-core issue has been fixed since Nov 16th (its not).
