Japon: cant make restoration event anymore

Hello guys, this is my second game which i have the bug: i see the restoration event but i cant finish it, once i win the revolution the event disapair and the capital didnt move to Kanto.

Do you guys have the same issue ?

Yes, the Restoration is only for the Japanese Shogunate; the Japan that forms if you switch sides in a revolution is effectively a different tag for the purposes of the Restoration event chain. You are also now locked out of the special Empire of Japan corporations and can only do generic and State-specific ones.

Or if it activated and failed, it won't happen again, shogun rules forever!
