Treaty Ports are not working

All my trade routes were canceled when Qing embargoed me, i have a treaty port is Fujian with a port in it, are u having the same problem??

Whi are you playing as? Treaty ports needs you to be higher rank title

i am playing as USA and my treaty ports is Qing are no working cuz Qing embargoed me

Check Qing (and all other adjacent) market owner rank title - if it is equal or higher than your market owner's, then treaty port will not work. Also check that your state there still has the treaty port status, as it can lose it as a result of a revolution or secession.
Otherwise probably a bug.

It is a bug cuz everything is fine, they are Unrecognised as always and the state has the treaty port trait, but it is not working, guess i have to use my diplo to increase realations until it gets fix

One last clarification - check their market owner, because they may have gone under somebody else with high rank. And are there other countries adjacent to your treaty port? They (market owners) all need to be lower rank together, than yours (market owner).

they are not a subject of anyone and there are no countries next to me, they just embargoed me, u should try it in ur game and see for urself if is a bug or am just unlucky
