No construction queue showing up - is it a bug?

EDIT: This issue is solved. The problem was caused by a mod I was unaware of.

Hi folks! Just started a round Vici 3 with the new patch 1.7 after several months of not playing the game. But now I have a severe problem: The build-screen simply does not show my construction queue / build order (dont know the correct englisch term) anymore!

If I press the button to switch between "state construction" and private investments, (after clicking on the construction sector button in the right corner of the screen) nothing happens - the screen just stays empty, as if there wouldnt be any buildings under construction even though I definitely ordered some. They ARE being built in the backround, but needless to say, without having the ability to oversee my constructions, I cant play the game. Is this a bug or did they change something crucial about the interface and Im too dumb to find out?? I really need help!

EDIT: I found the problem!! I was unaware that I was using a mod which reorganized the queues for single provinces. I wasnt playing the game for a long time so I completely forgot about that. After switching it of, construction queues are working like intened.

I think I might have a similar issue, but I am not using any mods :/
its 10 constructions abroad, but they just never finish and dont show up in the queue. Went through a bunch of foreign provinces where I have constructed something in the past, but could not find anything

Edit: nevermind, I misunderstood your issue - the queue window itself shows up for me, just the queue itself with the progress bars etc not
