Sphere of Influence DLC not activating

I bought Sphere of Influence and all the other DLCs in that bundle some weeks back, in the launcher it shows everything available and active, but when the game opens, both Sphere of Influence and Melodies for the Masses are unavailable as if I didn't buy either of them, locking me out of the Great Game and all other content, even though I paid for it.

Like I said at the top, both steam and the launcher show all DLCs bought AND enabled, disabling and re-enabling them doesn't work

Tried that and didn't work either. The weird thing is that all the other DLCs are working fine, it's just Melodies of the Masses (which I don't really care about tbh) and Sphere of Influence
