Why do i get this modifier on my power block leverage thing?

It just says at the bottom -50% weak power block?

Like the Zollverein does not even have this modifier,
and they are rank 5, i am rank 4 power block?

How do i get rid of it wtf?

No but I solved it, i dont know how.
I think i invited 1 more member and we became 7 and it disappeared.

What was strange was I was not the weakest power block by GDP so idk why i had it and the other guy below me had it.

but I just invited 1 more member or increased my economy and it disappeared, dont remember what exactly fixed it

I looked into the game files - this is governed by this rule in

00_scripted_triggers

:

power_bloc_is_weak = {
	power_bloc_leader = {
		country_rank < rank_value:great_power
	}
}

So only Power Blocs whose leader is a Great Power are considered "strong" and don't get this penalty. You probably became a Great Power at some point and the modifier dropped.
