Construction Queue not displayed

I purchased and installed the new DLC Sphere of Influence. But now when I build something or the private sector builds something, it no longer appears in the construction queue. So I can no longer see how long the buildings will take and I can no longer bring any buildings forward in the queue. Is it just me? Is this a known bug in patch 1.7?

I do press B! But the list is empty. There are 15 buildings in queue, but its invisible.
I guess its a bug. I can browse two pages of the list, but the list is empty.
