cohesion problem

the cohesion of my bloc is dropping to zero even if the target cohesion is at 88, what's the problem?

nvm, I got it.
although it didnt mention in any descriptions, you still have to get all your subjects or members in the bloc to have the same laws as you do, or there will be penalties, like -10 every members.

but it really bugs me when it dont shows the penalties lol

i cant read chinese if you have an ideological power bloc you get a massive penalty if you have a member with the wrong ideology. its a bug. you also get 50% penalty if you dont have a mandate that goes with your type of power bloc.

It seems that it’s -2 for every member. So if if your bloc has many members, then that must be it.

had 10 members, it's unlikely to be the problem.
I might had the answer, it could be the -10 penalty for every members who dont have same ruling principle, and it count subjects in when it shouldn't and it dont shows. that will cause like a -100 penalty for me.
but due to the answer of the mod 1.7 unofficial fix's author, it's a typo which let ideology union not gaining any cohesion.
