How long does it take before private sector buys the stuff I put up for privatization? They have a few milion pounds in pool so thats not the issue and the industries (coal mines) are very profitable.

I also sort of have no idea how this is currently working, or if it's working as intended.

If an industry is super profitable, I probably want it nationalized, right?

Not really, since you make, like 40% of the profits, rest is lost and/or lost to the Investment fund as far as I understand it. Its probably to prevent people from milking stuff like tools or groceries to make heaps of money
