leisure faire vs interventionism?

Honestly I'm not sure whats better or how leisure faire works now, due to ownership or buildings and leverage in other nations.

Is not all buildings built by you nationalized, while buildings built by investment are privatly owned?

Do remember that all government dividends under Laiisez faire are forced to be reinvested into the investment pool. So you don't get any 'real' return.
