Is leverage working correctly?
Playing as Korea. I'm allied to GB, trade agreement, and I gave them investing rights, but their leverage isn't increasing over me. Very possible I'm misunderstanding something, but I was hoping to join their power bloc.

Figured it out, Britain doesn't have an interest in Manchuria. I feel like ally and other stuff should still allow for powerbloc leverage to spread. Seems counterintuitive for them to need an interest as well.
