UI completely destroyed

Now we have 20 redundant displays of buildings in an all tab nobody asked for, and the construction tab has been hidden away.

I'm not sure why I even hope for this game anymore. Paradox has no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue what they're doing so they just keep ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up UI elements more and more to pretend they did something.

Just let the AI control everything at this point so we can watch a slideshow of everything it ♥♥♥♥♥ up while we're not allowed to play. Great game you have here, hope you'll be proud until you inevitably abandon it.

It would not be difficult at all even to allow to use previous UIs or disable investment pools from investor spending, but of course why would there ever be an option to not use awfully designed systems that players don't want?

The UI is getting so redundant soon you won't even be able to see the map, just 30 different buttons all leading to the same buildings in slightly different tabs, because then paradox can say they developed anything, rather than sold a 30 dollar expansion that made the game worse.

I pretty much give up on paradox at this point. They can't make *any* of their games work anymore, and it doesn't really seem like they're trying.

They keep releasing broken updates with broken features that nobody asks for and ruins the rest of the functional features.

Meanwhile DRASTIC issues like AI, constant damaging changes to UI, etc., never get addressed and only get worse, and as players we're supposed to kiss ass and take it.

Try saying something about it on any paradox forum and see how quickly you get banned, they surely care about their playerbase acting like that.

All in all, most of my favorite games have been absolutely ruined and I have zero interest in spending any more time, let alone money, on this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ company.

Yeah I just ignore him as he clearly has some issues.

Have to go to an entire separate tab to view constructions now, though it shouldn't matter because you can't view your own government constructions anymore as that button doesn't work.

Buildings tab is triple redundancy with all tab and building registrar that don't need to be listed there.

Zero choice of what to do with investment pool anymore so get to watch the AI make useless ♥♥♥♥ nobody wants.

I loved this game profusely and feel like with paradox it will never matter because we can't trust them.

I've been pointing out the UI problem ever since the game was released. Compare it to Victoria 2's UI, it's not pretty by any measure but it's clean, simple, effective. It's designed in such a way that important information is communicated quickly and effectively while still allowing one to dig though all the excel spread sheets of data if they want. And most importantly no redundancy to clutter up the screen.

Paradox had a UI design philosophy that worked, and they could have improved upon it. Rather it seems they decided to through everything out and create a monstrosity that sucks.

Yeah and they only get worse and worse unfortunately. Now paradox is at the point of releasing outright flops and cancelling development. Guess that's the only kind of quality we can expect from them these days.
